What is 21CSLA?

21CSLA is a statewide initiative that provides no-cost professional learning to support California’s education leaders in advancing equity, implementing statewide special projects such as Universal Transitional Kindergarten, and improving student outcomes.

Leaders for equity transform education to improve access, opportunity, and inclusion for students and adults, especially those who are systemically marginalized and historically underserved, so that they can thrive.
