Professional Learning

Supported by the 21CSLA State Center, the Regional Academies deliver professional learning for education leaders.

All 21CSLA offerings are open to all educational leaders cost-free regardless of race, color, national origin, ethnicity, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion or any other protected class status. We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment that welcomes participants of all backgrounds.

Communities of Practice

A space for leaders in similar roles to come together and collaborate on shared problems of practice using continuous improvement frameworks.

Localized Professional Learning

Leaders participate in a process of practitioner inquiry in  specific contexts related to site and systems leadership. Problems of practice are situated in and arise from the regional communities and are determined through an extensive needs-assessment process.

Leadership Coaching

Coaches provide job-embedded coaching built on relational trust to ensure all students fulfill their potential to thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.

Digitally Mediated Learning

Digitally mediated learning in 21CSLA utilizes an instructional technology approach to identify tools that can be used to facilitate diverse learning opportunities for leaders.
