21CSLA Professional Learning Guidance Document

During Year 1 of 21CSLA, we have engaged deeply as a collective through discussions, readings, consultations, individual and small group feedback, customized support, and stakeholder feedback. With input from State Partners, the State System of Support, Area Leads, the Leadership Board, and Regional Academy leaders and staff, the Center engaged in co-constructing a combined guidance document for Area 6: Communities of Practice, Area 7: Localized Professional Learning, and Area 8: Leadership Coaching. Our intent is to support the cohesion and coherence of 21CSLA. With more input in the future, we will continue to refine and revise this document in future years.
